Per Fumum means “through smoke” in Latin. This fragrance is dedicated to an ancient rite that gave birth to the word “perfumery.” Priests burned parts of resinous plants so that their fragrant smoke would rise to the heavens. They believed that in return, the gods would be benevolent to people.
